Andreas Antona is a multi-award-winning chef, restaurateur, and owner of Simpsons in Birmingham, where he has made a significant mark in the hospitality industry. As a Founding Patron, Andreas brings his expertise and personal experience with cancer and is dedicated to enhancing the conversation around nutrition's impact on cancer. His collaboration will focus on providing essential information about food, diet, and nutrition, which will play a crucial role in the platform's offerings.


Andreas comments: “It’s a real honour to join the team to make sure Cancer Platform transforms the outcomes for everyone affected by cancer. My own journey with cancer made me question everything we know about the disease. It also made me consider what we can do in the hospitality industry, and how we can bring cancer specialists, nutritionists and chefs together to look at how we can make a bigger impact together. I’m excited to work with them to help make a real difference”.
